- MySurvey is a software for visualizing data acquired by laser scanners.
- The scans are represented as panoramic views. The physical location from which a scan was taken is a "station".
- Several panoramic views are available (green or red) to visualize different stations at the same time.
- It is possible to make measurements in the panoramic views, and to visualize these measurements in the different views (in the panoramic views, the plan view or the 3D view).
- The project is divided into zones. Each zone is represented by a plan on which the stations belonging to this zone are shown.
- Point clouds can be extracted for visualization in the 3D view or exported for use in other software.
- MySurvey can import data in a variety of formats and integrate them into the panoramic, 3D or plan views.
- MySurvey can be used without prior installation, as the software and data are present on the digital media provided.
- It is advisable to make a MySurvey folder on the network and to put the executables and their associated folders there. The project data and the executable data can be located in two separate places.
- If this solution is chosen, for optimal performance on MySurvey, the executable
must be launched. - After choosing the project to run (see next chapter), a shortcut will be created next to the executable. It is then possible to copy it to the user's computer.
- However, if all the data is local, the executable
can be launched.
