Minimum and recommended computer requirements

The minimum configuration we support is as follows:

• 2.3GHz dual-core processor (e.g. intel pentium M 3550) with at least one intel 4000 series integrated graphics chipset.
• 4GB RAM
• At least 200MB free disk space on C: (for data cache)

With such a configuration, however, certain functionalities will be inactive (second panoramic view, high resolution and 3D view).

For a comfortable experience, we recommend the following configuration:

• Intel core i5 4th generation (haswell) at 3.0Ghz or higher
• 6 to 8 GB RAM (for heavy-duty operations, more ram may be required)

• Nvidia GeForce GT 640 or higher dedicated graphics card (GPU)

We do not recommend the higher-end “Quadro FX” GPUs, which require a special configuration for MySurvey to run on them.
